Hi, I’m Alexis — creator, entrepreneur, and unapologetic multipotentialite, always chasing the intersection of art, craft, and purpose.
My journey didn’t follow a straight line—and that’s exactly how I like it. I spent 17 years in the Canadian Armed Forces as a weapons technician, where discipline, precision, and adaptability shaped how I move through the world. When that chapter closed, I leaned hard into creativity and built EWEcrafts, an artisanal soap and candle company that reminded me it’s okay to make beautiful things just because they bring people joy.
Since then, I’ve continued exploring what it means to build a life and livelihood that actually fits. From launching businesses and supporting fellow entrepreneurs, to working hands-on as a lash technician and body piercer, my work has become about expression, connection, and confidence—helping people feel good in their skin while I continue to find my own place in this big, wide world.
I’m endlessly curious, deeply community-driven, and passionate about embracing the messy, nonlinear path of entrepreneurship. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me at the gym, designing merchandise, creating alongside other artists, spending time with my incredible adult kids, or wrangling my ever-growing collection of animals who keep life loud, chaotic, and full of heart.
At the core of everything I do is a simple belief: there’s no single way to be successful, creative, or fulfilled. I’m just out here building, learning, and carving out a niche that feels like home—and inviting others to do the same along the way.
