How we THRIVE
The dynamics of bee societies offer an intriguing parallel to female-driven entrepreneurial collectives such as ours. Like worker bees, women entrepreneurs often thrive within supportive, collaborative networks, where shared resources and expertise are key to success. In these communities, leadership isn't always about individual dominance but about collective empowerment and mutual support. Women often mentor one another, pooling knowledge and skills, much like the worker bees collectively contributing to the hive’s survival. These networks create environments where female entrepreneurs can thrive together, fostering innovation, resilience, and shared purpose. Just as a bee colony’s health depends on every member working in unison, the success of a female-driven entrepreneurial collective flourishes when individuals contribute their strengths to a common goal.

theHIIVE is a female driven collective which not only produces our own merchandise but is an environment where female entrepreneurs can create connections, network, share resources, and test the benefits of a brick and mortar prior to making the leap themselves.
Market research is great but most often is conducted through online research vs. real time marketing response and community engagement/interest.
